Registration and application

The registration is free . You can registrate online or in our office . Then you can come at our office and bring the following documents:

Step 1
• 2 5x5 pictures on a white background in electronic format (600x600 pixels ) ;
• international passport - the passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the last date of the program ;
• a copy of all previous U.S. visas ( in possession of such unless the current passport ) ;
• ID card ;
• 1 certificate which confirm that you are a full time student for the academic year 2019/2020 years;
• Student index ;

Step 2

Finding work

• Self : You can look for a job online or friends . Once you have found the position that best suits you , we will send form contract for your employer , who should fill it and submit and send back to us.
• With assistance from the our U.S. Partners ,all you need is to apply in our office . The options offered are:

• meetings with American employers - also known as the Job Fair;
• online interviews -Virtual Hire;
• Internet based system with hundreds of job offers -Job Direct.

step 3

Submission of documents for DS2019 and surcharges program

Once you get the job offer , you should come to us to fill and submit the documents for a work permit . Then you pay the rest of the program ( no later than one month from the date of signing the contract) .

Booking a flight

You can book your flight at the same time with the submission of documents for DS 2019 form. The earlier you book your flight , the best for you -the ticket will be cheaper and safer . When you are booking a flight , you have to pay 100 EUR, which later will be calculated in the ticket price .


step 5

Visa Interview

Preparation of documents for the application at the Consulate for J- 1 visa . Applying for a J- 1 visa is done according to the procedure determined by the U.S. consulate . Our team will be next to you during your completing of the documents for U.S. visa.

step 6

Orientation

Obligatory is the participation in the orientation meeting organized by Viking, before you leave for the United States .

step 7

Airfare

You confirm and buy the airplane ticket . It is the sweetest part of the whole application .
It's simple, you pack and leave.
